Free LMS Terms and Conditions

1) The institution needs at least one hundred (100) students to be eligible. There is no limit as to the number of users.
2) 50% of the total number of users or 100 users, whichever is higher, must be active every week or the free LMS will be suspended.
3) Your domain will be with estatoora.com domain. example, schoolname.estatoora.com.
4) No integration with google services using .edu TLD, Gmail can be used for login using Oauth technology, Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Calendar can also be directly Integrated.
5) Ads will be displayed to support the program. Any members of your institution shall disable or not use any but not limited to adblocker plugins, adblocker add-ons, adblocker software.
6) You are responsible to check the Free LMS terms and conditions from time to time to avoid violations.
7) Estatoora has the right to shut down the free LMS if the institution or any of its members violates the Terms and Conditions.
8) File attachment for courses will be disabled. We highly recommend teachers to use books and pages. Lesson for advance user is also recommended. This is for lighter bandwidth for students and to save server space.
9) Active user is based on page views. Ideal page views of students to be considered active is at least 120 views per day. This is like 30 pages per subject including quiz, assignment, and book if the student will study four (4) subjects per day (with asynchronous and synchronous sessions). The average size of Estatoora LMS's pages is 200kb, so it will only consume 24MB of data per day for the student or about 120 MB per week.
