The Estatoora journey began in the trenches of business operations, not a boardroom. Back in 2013, while working as a Project Engineer, Founder Engr. Jason Paz identified a recurring pattern: Great businesses weren’t failing because of their products. They were failing because they couldn’t survive the hardness of business operations.
He saw owners in Metro Manila and Bulacan struggling with manual processes, and entrepreneurs in North America losing revenue to inefficiencies. The gap wasn’t passion; it was structure.
Realizing that Technology without Business Strategy is useless, Engr. Paz pursued an MBA (and now DBA) to find the intersection where systems engineering meets business survival. Estatoora was born from that intersection—built to solve the specific, terrifying problems of Government Compliance and Operational Failure.

If I hire Estatech for construction, do I automatically get Estatoora?
Not automatically, but they work best together. While Estatech (Infrastructure) and Estatoora (Management) are separate entities, they share the ESTA Core Values. Many clients choose to “build” with Estatech and “operate” with Estatoora for a unified, headache-free experience.
